Traditional Hut

While traveling to a temple in Sakon Nakhon Province in the Northeast of Thailand, I took this photo. It' s the traditional hut of farmers who live in I-Sarn area, the Northeastern Thailand. They live in such kind of hut to rest during a day while working in the rice field. To rest in the hut during a night is for keeping guard their farms. It is a home for some families. For me, maybe I grew up in I-Sarn land and I am familiar with such scenary. It's the reason why I took this kind of photograph. Anywhere I traveled, when I shew my photos I took to others, they liked to be amusing and asked why I had to catch ordinary photographs. I don't know why but in the deep of my heart like to push me to take it back my home.

Clear Sky

The sky always changes as its nature. Maybe it's calm, but sometimes it's cloud like everything on the world that always change. Nothing is last standing on; however, we can maintain our behaviors for good and useful to each other.

Today in my country, everything is being clear and peace. I believe that the most of people in the country feel glad for this news and nobody prefers turbulence. Some parts of people are starting to pour water to each other in the traditional day. Some group are giving spirit to authorities who have the responsibility of taking care of peace in this political problem by giving them ice drinking water. The most importance in this problem event is that ordinary people join together and display their requirement for calm society opposing the red shirt's group who ruin the city or public. At last, everything are being in order. I feel sorry for this trouble and also glad to see the most of people need calm and join together to the same mind. Although in the future similar group to destroy public may be aroused by just one person that all of us also know who is he, I hope that our country becomes better really. We always love peace, not benefits.

Trouble in traditional New Year 2009

Tomorrow is traditional New Year's day in my country. For last few days, I would like to write about this New Year called Songkran; however, because of politic problem in my country I cannot write such entry to say about traditional culture because I feel regret to write living conditions while some worse events are being occured.

Just to hope and pray for best resolve at last. I think of the past of my country being peace with good heart and smiled face of people. I really think of old ways of life: good temperature, blue sky, green land with nature and easy living that are different in nowadays. However, I think and know that a change is possible for all in the world. So, it's important to live and understand this nature.

In my conclusion, be brave to admit every events that will occur. Life is always easy and complicated.

Save our world to peacefully live.

Mushroom Soup

Today in summer, it rains causing good atmosphere. I mean that it is not hot like a summer day. For few years, the weather often changed. Every seasons have had raining more often than in the past. I just feel that in the future we must take care of our world for happiness of nature. However, although everything will alter along with their factors, for one of my favorite food, I think of mushroom.

I expect that every people have to know mushroom. Its taste is very delicious with soft smell. In addition, it has much usefulness for a body, particularly good preventing a cancer and eliminating toxin in a liver. It was told that eating three types of mushroom will have more benefits than one type of it because it is a mixture of many types of advantage.

I like mushroom soup as traditional recipe of my hometown. It can be cook easily and need few ingredients like 1-2 challies, 2-3 shallots, at least 10 leaves of basil and 3 grams of mushroom, 1-1 1/2 soup cup of water, one tea spoon of table salt. For above ingredients, I estimate as I used to cook; however, their quantities can be changed as wanted or suitability of quantity.

First of all after washing all ingredients, prepare mushroom, chillies pounded, shallots pounded, and water to boil. After all boiled, put salt to season and should add it little by little to taste as you like. Instead of salt, you may add fish sauce. I recommend salt better. After mushroom ripe before turning off a stove, add basil for adding smell of herb.

I think that above process of cooking will help to have new menu for a meal and good health.

About our future

For many times, I heard that children are our future. I am agreed with it; just to think that every things are cycle. Only myself, I don't think of so much, but for about children who don't know anything and need us to teach them many things, knowledge, thinking and learning, I think that it is important because they are our generations. They live longer than us on the world and we, I mean the most of people, want them have happy lives. I have two children; they are so naughty along with enthusiasm to learn. I would like to give them good things. Many times, I think that maybe our love creates actions on negative side. I mean sometimes I go along with their want too much. However, I cannot certainly support them everything; it depends on the situations. Sometimes, we can and it's suitable. In some cases, we cannot do or make it because of our limitations or unsuitable. I think that the best conduct is that we should decide as our appropriateness depending our consideration.
