Mushroom Soup

Today in summer, it rains causing good atmosphere. I mean that it is not hot like a summer day. For few years, the weather often changed. Every seasons have had raining more often than in the past. I just feel that in the future we must take care of our world for happiness of nature. However, although everything will alter along with their factors, for one of my favorite food, I think of mushroom.

I expect that every people have to know mushroom. Its taste is very delicious with soft smell. In addition, it has much usefulness for a body, particularly good preventing a cancer and eliminating toxin in a liver. It was told that eating three types of mushroom will have more benefits than one type of it because it is a mixture of many types of advantage.

I like mushroom soup as traditional recipe of my hometown. It can be cook easily and need few ingredients like 1-2 challies, 2-3 shallots, at least 10 leaves of basil and 3 grams of mushroom, 1-1 1/2 soup cup of water, one tea spoon of table salt. For above ingredients, I estimate as I used to cook; however, their quantities can be changed as wanted or suitability of quantity.

First of all after washing all ingredients, prepare mushroom, chillies pounded, shallots pounded, and water to boil. After all boiled, put salt to season and should add it little by little to taste as you like. Instead of salt, you may add fish sauce. I recommend salt better. After mushroom ripe before turning off a stove, add basil for adding smell of herb.

I think that above process of cooking will help to have new menu for a meal and good health.
